“I thought this course was great. There wasn’t any pressure to constantly say something and feedback to the group, only when we felt comfortable. It was a good balance between powerpoint, activities, conversations and breaks! I understand this was only a half day but I would be interested to learn more about the mental health conditions in a bit more depth.”
“It was a really lovely and positive experienceVery helpful to take within the work place and also home lifeI was able to draw in my experiences from my own mental health issues which has enabled me to understand how I was feeling.”
“Really good session- thank you. A helpful balance of theory and personal experience.”
“Supportive and inclusive. Arabella was fantastic – thank you :)”
“The course gave me tools that I could use to help others . To be more self aware and responsive to the signals myself or other people showing around me that they might be needing a support . Not to be judgmental. A little consideration, a little thought for others, makes all the difference.
“I feel lucky I have accessed this course and I feel happier to do more in the future.”
