Accredited mediators, resolving disputes and interpersonal conflicts, and training teams in advanced communication, with a specialist focus on mental health.
In challenging times of uncertainty, concern, and loss, it is common for communication to break down and for people to find themselves suddenly embroiled in blame, conflict, or even legal proceedings.
This can have a massively detrimental impact on the mental health of all involved, whether in the workplace or in the public services arena.
The School of Dialogue grew out of the private mediation practice of our Founder Arabella Tresilian Mediation during the pandemic, from training over 2500 individuals in mental health conversations and conflict resolution skills. The School of Dialogue now consists of a wider network of expert mediators and trainers, working to transform conversations within organisations via mediation and skill sharing. As a Bath-based business, we were thrilled to be named ‘People Services’ finalists in the Bath Life Awards 2022.
