During the pandemic, we trained over 3000 individuals:
- 140 training and speaking sessions to 2884 delegates, including bespoke training courses in Mental Health Awareness for Managers, Suicide Prevention, and Conflict Resolution Skills across the public, private and third sectors, to vital public service organisations like Age UK, University of Bath, Curo, Virgin Care, Julian House, Bath Mind… and LoveHoney!
- Mental Health First Aid England certificated skills to over 400 frontline staff, including within BathNES Council, Bath Spa University, and the Royal United Hospital NHS FT, where we equipped public-facing staff to support themselves, their teams and their stakeholders to cope with the strain of the pandemic
